Running + Sun = Happy Syl!
Today I went for a run!!! An AMAZING run, the sun was out and beating down it's warmth.....so happy! I took along my camera and here are some videos from my adventure. It was hard to run with a camera, but anything for you :-)

Yes! I had the same experience today, soaking up the sun while running. Can't wait until summer :)

My Sunday run was fantastic too! It was beautiful! I have Spring fever now for sure!
Yay for great weather! Yesterday was beautiful for us as well. I think it even got above 35 degrees. :)

Oh how I loved watching this! And you still have got so much snow, can't believe it.
Isn't it great to be out there running again? I went yesterday too only it was very foggy, no sun, but I didn't care: just being able to run outside again was great.
I'm laughing because you're enjoying a "warm" day of ..did you say eight degrees?!? And here I won't even attempt to jog outside yet, but our days are in the 40s. LOL
Great videos. Are you Canadian? i lived up near Canada once and your accent sounds just like some friends of mine from BC.

I bow to you! I tried to do a video last week on my long run and ended up deleting everything I took. Plus it was really hard to find a spot on the trail where there were no people going by who would think I was off my rocker talking to myself - hahaha.
