Pushing myself

Yesterday was the kind of day where I did not want to do a workout, it was a beautiful day outside and I didn't even feel like running.
I know shocking right??
But I did it, I got downstairs and walked on a high incline for 20 minutes, ran for the last 10 and then walked at a slow pace for a few minutes for a cool down.
I didn't feel like it was a workout where I felt "fantastic" after I finished, I think yesterday I was just happy to finish.
I'm not sure what's with me this week but I just have little energy, feeling really tierd. Either way I did my workout and when to bed early. I feel better today.

But you did get that workout in! Better than me yesterday :( I'm feeling the same, but mine is weather related. This rain just bums me right out - pooey!

I totally agree with Tamara: you're a true winner!

I was tired the last two weeks as you may remember but unlike you I let the tiredness win and skipped some workouts but you didn't!
