Before & After

The Before:

This picture was taken at Justin's meet and greet. In this picture I am around the 210 pound mark.

Still around 190 - 200, at this point the loss was just the pregnancy weight and trying to eat better.

180 pounds, seeing this picture made me realize just how out of hand my problem was, to this day I can't look at it. I knew I had to make a change.

This picture was taken exactly a month before I started my Weight Watchers program, it is true what they say "not everyone can pull off the colour white :-)

This picture just screams self confidence!

The After:

A few months on the Weight Loss journey, weighing about 170 pounds at this point.

Still lacking self esteem, hence the poor attempt at a smile!

Hitting the 160's and starting to get alot more active.

The 150's, not only did the self esteem start shining through, but I actually learned how to smile!

In the 140's with my head held high.

Hitting 139.6 and feeling pretty.

You don't even look like the same person Syl. Not just because of the weight loss, but it's like a light was lit in you and it is shining through in your more recent pictures. You've done so awesome!

What a beautiful transformation! I do think you are way too hard on yourself at heavier weights though. Your after photos definitely scream self confidence! Keep smiling!

Wow, what an inspiration you are!!

I also used Weight Watchers when I first started on my weight loss journey, it is an awesome program and a good starting point. I don't follow it today but still find myself thinking 'I wonder how many points this would be?'.

I just found your blog this morning thru Fit in the city and will definitely be back!!

Have a great day!!

Hi! Have just found your blog. It's amazing, YOU are amazing!
It's great to see your journey photos as it gives the rest of us hope and encouragement to push on.
I'm on a journey myself, have lost a lot of weight so far but still loads more to go. Sometimes it gets frustrating but coming here and reading about you helps give me a lift and the hope that one day I will be thin and will discover how to smile too!
Thanks for such a great blog!
